Great location, facilities, and very accomodating, kudos to the receptionist that helped us on that day 31.08.2025 around 1/2 PM. Forgot to ask for her name, but she was amazing!

Overall the experience was good and we would return however the young lady serving drinks in the evening needs more training ! She said she was new but she should have help. It was strange not to have a restaurant open at the weekend and have a meal on saturday evening! We went to a near by restaurant which was excellent but when we returned at 23.10 we were not able to get a drink at the bar ! The night porter should be able to provide a drink for your clients !

Will not go back as not value for money. €121 for a simple room and terrible breakfast - other Brit Hotels are better. We have stayed here years ago and it was better then

1. Calculating the Overall Rating

Each review is rated on a scale of 1 to 5. The overall rating displayed on our website is the average of all ratings received.

Each rating is based on criteria common to all establishments in the network:

  • The Room
  • The Reception
  • The Bathroom
  • Breakfast
  • Access to the Hotel

Some establishments also have specific criteria based on their services: restaurant, wellness area, etc.
For each review, we add up the ratings assigned to each criterion, then divide this total by the number of criteria evaluated to generate the establishment's overall rating.

2. Certified Reviews

Only guests who have actually stayed at the establishment receive an invitation to share their experience. This approach guarantees that 100% of the reviews published are authentic. Reviews are collected via the Customer Alliance platform and transmitted in their entirety to our website.

3. Publication and Moderation of Reviews

We strive to publish all reviews, whether positive or negative. However, some reviews cannot be displayed, particularly those containing:
